Nakatani Suisan, a member of our corporate group, operates a Japanese amberjack (yellowtail / buri / hamachi) aquaculture business in the nutrient‑rich coastal waters of Mogushi and Sakitsu, located in Amakusa-shi, Kumamoto-ken.
Benefiting from the area’s excellent water circulation and favorable marine conditions, we manage approximately 20 net pens, allowing us to maintain a carefully planned and stable production system. This structure enables consistent and reliable output throughout the year.
Within this controlled production framework, we implement rigorous quality management at every stage of the operation: daily feeding, net‑pen maintenance, harvesting, and shipment. By overseeing each process in detail, we ensure uniformity in fish size, flesh texture, and fat content, delivering dependable quality and a stable supply that consistently meet the expectations of our business partners.
In addition, our group employs a fully integrated vertical business model, encompassing aquaculture, processing, sales, and distribution. By streamlining intermediate processes, we are able to respond flexibly to diverse customer needs, including specific applications, order volumes, and delivery schedules.
By fully leveraging the natural advantages of the Amakusa marine environment, we are committed to supplying high‑quality, reliable Japanese amberjack on a continuous basis, supporting the diverse requirements of customers around the world.
